3 mile tempo, 6xHarvard, 2 mile tempo w/~3-3:30 standing rest between tempos and hills and jog down rest of hills. Split: (5:50.1, 5:42.4, 6:06.2), (1:06.9, :08.5, :10.0, :09.8, :11.0, :11.8 all split from fire hydrant at back of circle), (5:45.5, :56.6). Really solid workout. Tempos were solid and the effort was pretty even given that the last mile of each was by far the hardest. Hills were hard, but I got them done. Especially happy with the second tempo, felt better than the first even after hills.
