3x350 @ mile (1:10.5) 3x250 @ 800 (0:47) 3x200 @ 800 (0:37.5). Rest was progressively less (90,75, 60). Wasn't able to make practice at the track so I had to bike out the approximate distances. Effort was there, but I had eaten fairly soon before so my stomach felt shitty. No way to know for sure if I was on pace, since the distances were not exact, but I would guess I was a little slow. Hip bothered me a little, but not too bad. Calf was fine to my surprise.
