Sleep: 9 hours. Lil 6 mile progressionish thing. Too cold for the legs to open up and like 2 miles of it was icy, but went ok enough I suppose. Last workout of any substance of the cycle. Splits: 6:11.45, 6:01.01, 5:56.29, 5:55.43, 5:57.75, 5:55.88.
