Sleep: 7 hours. SXSW long run. Felt pretty good and worked into the pace nicely, never going off the rails or feeling too uncomfortable. Lost signal in there somewhere, but the distance ended up being right on (16.39 from stop sign). Might need a new watch this has been happening a lot recently. 84 on the week. Time for a down then back to normal training for the first time in like 7 months hopefully.
