5x(600, 400) @ 5k,3k pace w/300 jog rest. Split: 1:56.2, 1:12.7, 1:52.2, 1:12.7, 1:53.3, 1:13.3, 1:52.2. 1:12.4, 1:51.2, 1:10.8. Really great workout with a big group. Felt pretty smooth the whole time and kinda enjoyed myself to be honest. Probably the best track workout I've had since at least last march.
