Notes

Sleep: 5.5 hours. Run to track laps around, then to yost for broomball. GPS for their and back, estimated 7:30 for inside. Didn't do the workout cause I was in the ugli real late and didn't go to sleep until 5:30. Just a little faster than easy, jumped into 900m of a rep with Anna and did a few strides. Felt very tired. Right decision not to do the workout.
