Sleep: 9 hours. Planned on running early this morning, but worked late last night and I wanted to sleep in. Didn't get out until 11:30 and it was hot. Ran to Knoch Knolls via Riverwalk, through the clusterfuck known as the grass trails at DRP, down to Whalon Lake and back home. Legs felt good, but the heat took its toll on me. Hydrated beforehand, and stopped three times for water, but I still felt dehydrated. I think the only solution to that is running earlier in the day. Pretty good run though. First real long run of the summer and my longest run since April 9th. Glad to be back over 90. Post work double tonight.
