Notes

3 long Anne-Elizabeth hills followed by 2 short ones. Split 1:34, :35, :36 for the long ones, and 58, 54 for the short ones. The first 3 were by far the fastest long hills I've ever done (previous best was 1:42). Short hills were ok, first was slow, second was better, I just don't have the leg speed at this point in the season. Legs felt pretty great, but my Costco Pizza and Churro caused me to cramp up. Had to stop a few times to work it out which put a damper on an otherwise solid workout. Also got low key roasted for running tasty ass mileage.
