3200m tempo, 5min rest, 3x(600@8k, 200 rest, 400@3k, 400 rest). Split: (5:39.8, :35.5), (1:56.7, 1:13.0, 1:56.3, 1:14.4, 1:55.6, 1:13.2). Nice workout with Kyle. Tempo felt good enough, 600s felt pretty easy, 400s weren't too tough I just couldn't get going any faster while staying in control. Good first track workout back.
