10x400 @ 5k (78ish) with 200 float recovery (supposed to be tempo, but no one really did that). Split: 1:19.2, :15.1, :15.5, :15.9, :16.9, :16.2, :15.2, :18.2, :18.6, :17.3. Float portions were anywhere from 6:15 to 7:10. Decent workout. Hit splits pretty well, but didn't do the float as fast as it was supposed to be, should have made all of the floats more like 6:30. Got tougher towards the end because of the lack of recovery between reps and doing the last 4 solo. 6000 at a faster pace than my 5k pr though.
