Sleep: 8 hours. Long run. Did a Whalon loop with Ty for the first 9, then ran up the 75th Gravel and looped back down river walk for the next 6. Couldn't get into a good rhythm the first part since Ty had to shit a bunch of times, felt better in that regard the second part. Felt fairly tired by the end, but was still able the pick it up and make my last 3 miles the fastest of the run without too much effort. Solid run to cap another very solid week of training, highest week ever. Down week next week as well, probably ~70.
