3200, 3200, 1600 threshold w/90 rest. Split: (11:37.8, 11:27.6, 5:39.9). Stomach calmed down on drills and held up ok. Decided how to split up the 8k of threshold during the first rep and this worked out well and felt nice. Never pressing super hard. Wore adios pros cause I want to get more use out of them.
