Sleep: 7 hours. Easy Super Root after my exam. Took it real easy and jchiiled. Aerobically exactly how I want to feel, but the lower legs still a bit beat up, much better than yesterday though. Went to town on them rolling and massaging after the run so all should be good hopefully, not something that would really affect a race though anyway, more of an annoyance.
