Sleep: 7 hours. Dipped out of the am long run because I felt like absolute death in the morning. Did homework then ran at 7 which was dumb cause it was dark and was forced to do a shitty route. Did Super Root with a bunch random shit added on, surprisingly not as shitty as I thought it would be, and the legs felt decent, kept it chill though.
