Sleep: 8 hours. River walk easy run. Legs felt pretty terrible, which is to be expected after two hard days in a row. Started off way too fast and slowed to a more reasonable pace throughout the run. First 20 with Josh and Laboe, Next 25 alone, last 15 with Brendan. Should have taken this run slower overall, been pushing a little too much this week.
