Best run so far this year today. Faster run than the pace indicates because the first mile was in some ridiculously muddy trails. Last 3 miles were 8:15 pace. Fun running with Colin again. Also good to see Jack Anderson working hard, bodes well for a successful first season for him. Not the best run, but better. Also biked about 7 miles at 15mph.
