15@M, 5min jog, 5x3min@T w/1:30 jog. Split: (6:00.1, 5:57.7, 3:02.2 for .51) and the Ts were from like 5:42 to 5:37. Wanted 6 and 5:40 so I'll take it. Legs felt kinda dead and this was not as smooth as I would have liked, but I building pretty quick and I haven't done that many workouts, just gotta be patient.
