20x400 cutting down from around 5k pace to around mile w/~200ish rest in the outside lane. Split: 1:18.2, :17.8, :17.5, :18.1, :17.9, :16.7, :17.3, :16.9, :16.8, :15.4, :15.9, :14.6, :14.5, :14.4, :13.9, :13.2, :12.9, :12.1, :13.8, :11.4 for an average of 1:15.4595. With Andrew for 16 of the reps, alternated leading and got into a really good rhythm, big shout of to him for helping me out with this one, also did a rep with Jacob, 2 with Pat, and last one solo. Felt really good on this, never felt too tough aerobically although the legs weren't quite used to the pace, especially on the last few. Only issue was my left achilles was a pain this entire workout, going fast around the turns didn't feel great, but I tried not to let it affect the workout that. This sorta tends to happen to me doing fast stuff on track so I'm surprised I've avoided it for this long this season.
