Sleep: 8 hours. Long run with Kyle and Dylan at Potawatomi Trail. Got bodied by Kyle and Dylan the last 5 and bonked hard the last 2. Sick loop tho and a fun run. Will definitely be back at some point, perhaps not this fast though. Hip a but meh, but mostly ok.
