Notes

Had a really shitty track season and took a month off thinking I would do football again this year, but quit after 2 days and switched to XC. I did the summer camp, but I don't think I was a fully invested as I should have been. I did the workouts, but there was no fire, no yearning to really improve. I did the 7-11 runs, but only on Fridays and i only ran about 25 mile a week. Also took a week of for vacation which set me back a lot. Ran some okay races in the beginning of the year, but i got injured and my training was hampered for a few weeks and I didn't really start dropping time until DVC. I think with a little more summer focus i could have ran significantly faster which is frustrating, but what can you do. It's been a great season and fun running with you all. I'm going to take 7-10 days off then get back at it. Excited for track. I think with a good track and summer season i can shatter some PR's next year.
