4x(2k, 1k) 400 rest except ~3:30 before the last 2k. Splits: 7:07.0, 3:24.0, 7:01.8, 3:29.3, 7:06.0, 3:30.5, 7:09.9, 3:28.4. Stomach completely turned on me the last half of this and made this more about just getting it done while avoiding disaster lol, also the reason for the one long rest. Decent workout otherwise. Glad to at least have gotten in something solid this week, but would've like to have hit this a bit harder.
