4x1 mile tempo at Green Acres with ~90 rest. Goal was 6:00. Split 5:58, 6:01, 5:52, 5:49. Felt good and controlled until the last 800 of mile 4 when we pushed a little too hard. Good reintroduction to tempo. Rest should have been shorter, we didn't really need that much. Also tweaked the GPS measurement because I know the mile is pretty accurately measured there.
