Sleep: 7 hours. Easy Doyle and County Farm solo between classes. Legs felt kinda flat so I kept it chill, but still ended up on the faster side of my easy pace, which is a good sign. Super nice out and enjoyed the run. Glad I got this in because we didn't get to the hotel until after 11.
