1600 @ tempo (5:50), 1600 at mile+45 (5:35), 3x1200 @ 5k (4:00), 600 @ 5k (2:00). Rest was 60 after tempo and equal after everything else. Split: 5:48.6, 5:32.9, 3:58.4, 3:58.1, 3:57.3, 1:54.4. Nice workout, quite a grind though. Lots of rest, but a lot of volume. Solo the whole time because I didn't want to do the repeat Ks, which certainly made this more difficult mentally, last time I did this workout I just sat on Mark and Josh <3, still significantly faster today though. Legs didn't feel that great, still got a little bit of Joy stuck in them, not horribly tired just lacking any sort of pop. Good effort overall, just building that fitness slowly.
