Started at a decent pace then got slowed down for a few miles because i had to take a crap and i couldn't find a public bathroom. After i went to the bathroom i upped the pace and ran 8:37, 8:10, 7:37 last 3 miles. Pretty solid run today, felt good. Last long run by myself for a while probably, enjoyed it.
