Notes
Sleep: 9 hours. Easy run in Greene Valley. Hopped across Greene road and ran on some of the same paths as yesterday. Light rain when I left my house developed into a downpour the last 30 minutes of the run. Kinda cold, but I like running in the rain. Felt bad at the beginning, but loosened up after a few minutes. Afternoon nap before this helped me recover from the last two days. Fun run, ready to go tomorrow.
