Sleep: 8.5 hours. Back on the saturday SML train probably for the last time this summer. Legs kinda dead, but otherwise felt fairly fine. Got a little warm by the end, but most of it was fine. Ended up deciding not to double, didn't want to kill the long run tomorrow. Still a great week and mileage PR by over 3 miles.
