4 mile, 3 mile, 2 mile, 1 mile w/2min jog between each, cutting from marathon pace to 8kish. Split: (5:55.3, :50.5, :47.4, :49.7), (:43.8, :44.9, ;42.9), (:27.6, :27.4), (:14.3). 4 and 3 were quite chill, got a bit tougher for the 2 and the mile was quite hard, ripped it pretty good. Felt extremely fit though and this is probably one of the best workouts I've ever done.
