AA Neighborhood Run 7. Felt kinda shitty and my left arch was killing me from wearing flats on tuesday. Pace was slow because I took it easy, but mostly because the route was super snowy and icy, and it was cold which I was not adequately prepared for. Hand went numb with about 30 minutes to go which wasn't fun. Overall gross run.
