Sleep: 8.5 hours. Run at Palos on the old orange trail mostly. Legs felt like garbage from yesterday, this route is super hilly and technical, and it was muddy as hell all of which came together to create a very slow run. Enjoyed myself, but probably should have ran somewhere easier after yesterday.
