Sleep: 7 hours. Morning Mustang-Fender loop. Felt horrible. Calves were obscenely tight and I didn't have enough time to properly wake up before running. Threw in 2 20 second surges to try and open up, but it didn't really work. Rolled out and stretched my calves (mostly right) afterwards.
