Sleep: 7 hours. Didn't want to do anything too hard today so skipped the workout and just followed the guys around while doing a solid pace mlr. Ran to gallup, did 2ish loops, some in the arb, and a diag loop. Felt like ass the first few miles, but opened up the second half. Through in a decent number of strides throughout to open myself up. Felt ok overall. Decent run.
