200, 800, 2x400, 800, 2x400, 800, 400. 4 minute rest after all, except 3 minutes after 800. Was supposed to do another 400 and 200, but we got stopped. Felt great today, ran way ahead of group. I think a got an 800 PR on my last 800. Great Workout. Kinda pissed ashton made us stop, wanted to do the last 400 and 200.
