Sleep: 9.5 hours. Easy Morning run entering Greene Valley on 79th and exiting on Wehrli. Felt decent, but not great. Pushed a little more than I needed to on an easy run, but nothing too strenuous. Last run in these shoes as well, just short of 500 miles and boy do they need replacing.
