Sleep: 9 hours. Long run on a beautiful Sunday morning. Headed out around 10:30 at an easy pace. Ran out of town into some more rural areas which was nice. Got onto some dirt roads too which is always exciting and nice for the legs. A few decent hills on the way out, but fairly flat/downhill on the backstretch. Pace started to heat up towards the end, but I had to pee and lost the top group because of it, which was annoying. Got back to the CCRB and added on around the diag and mojo to get 14. Perfectly executed long run. First mile was 7:38 and then cut down from there. Got down to 6:12 for mile 11 then slowed down a little climbing back into town. Felt really good the whole time. Very smooth and easy, certainly could have run much faster, but I didn't know the route and I didn't want to hammer too much. I can't tell you how nice it is to have people who want to do long runs at a decent pace. Nice brunch at mojo afterwards too.
