Notes

4x1200 @ 5k (?) with equal rest. Split: 4:18, :12, :11, :06 (average 4:11.7, 5:37.6 pace).Started with the goal of 5:30 pace (4:08), but failed miserably on the first rep, readjusted to 5:40 (4:13.5) for the next two which is much more reasonable for my current fitness. Last one was weird, ran it on my own, and it didn't feel any harder than the first three, but I ran much faster. Ran a very similar workout in august, although on the bs 1200 at Lincoln park, and I was still way faster today.
