4x800 @5k (2:37), 2x600 @3k (1:53), 2x400 @mile (1:12). 200 rest within sets, 400 between sets. Split: (2:37.8, :38.5, :35.7, :36.1), (1:53.7, :52.1), (1:11.8, :10.3). Mostly with Jacob and a new dude. Was expecting this to be terrible due to lack of sleep and poor eating today, but I felt pretty good actually. Kinda hurt from the get go, but never really got that much harder. Last real hard workout of the year, went pretty well. Excited for the end of the year.
