8x300 with Dave, Bob and Josh. First 4 @ mile (~54) then getting progressively faster the next 4. Split: (56, 53.4, 52.5, 52.6), (51.2, 48.6, 48.1, 47.5). First one was slow, but it was fine after that. Probably should have gone a little slower on the first 4 and picked it up more towards the end, but not bad. Only negative was a hip pain that developed right before the last one. Hope that goes away. Feeling fit.
