Decided to give the 3k a try since I was at the meet anyway. I was prepared to drop unless I magically felt good. Ran 1350m and split: 56.2, 57.1, 2:00.8 for the next 600, and 31.9 for the last 150. Legs just didn't have anything due to me eating only ~1000 calories in the 36 hours prior to the race. Shouldn't have even attempted to race, pretty dumb idea. Didn't feel sick, just weak. No cool down for the same reason I dropped.
