Sleep: 5.5 hours. Evening long run along the River walk, through DRP, down to Whalon, then up Lisson and back home. Dealt with some cramping courtesy of Chipotle the first few miles, but it went away eventually. Felt pretty good today, much better than I expected to feel. Kept up 7:30 pace the whole time except for like 5 minutes in mile 10 where I saw my mom biking and tried to catch her. First good feeling day in a while and the beginning of cutting back long runs.
