Notes
8x800 a little slower at 5k pace w/3 1/3 lap jog in lane 3. Split: 2:39.7, :39.4, :39.5. :37.1, :37.7, :37.3, :37.3, :35.6. Solo the whole time so just ground it out. Felt kinda hard at first, but didn't get much worse until the last 2. Not that fast of splits, but progressed faster, and first real solid workout so I'm happy with it.
