2x800 @ 3200 pace and 4x600 @3200 pace. Goal for 800's was 2:51.5. Ran slow in 2:57, :53. Goal for 600's was 2:09. Ran 2:08, :08, :04, :03. Good workout especially the 600's. Really pushed pace at the end.
