2900m (just went to the next full 100 after 10 mins) @ lactate threshold, 1600m @ 10k effort, 3x600m @ 5k w/2 minute rest after tempo and 1600, and 60s in between 600s. Split (5:39.6, 4:34.5 for 1300, ~5:39/1600 overall), (5:17.5), (1:51.4, :54.4, 53.0). Pretty good workout. Tempo felt good, but perhaps went a bit fast, same could be said about the 1600 @10k. 600s felt pretty gd hard and the rest was short, to be fair I ran the first one far too fast so that played a role. Overall good workout, very few people at practice today, but that is their loss I guess.
