17:04.33 5000m in the slow heat of the 5k @nats. Half got cancelled so only had the 5k that me and Johnny had seeded 20mins for fun. Got out in 34 high and had a big gap. Kinda windy and warm and humid, realized I wasn't gonna be able to solo anything decent so I just coasted the rest of the way. 5:18.8, 5:34.7, ~6:11 for the last 1800. Won by 25 seconds, felt more like a fastish tempo than a race. Sucks the half was cancelled and this was all I was left with, but had a great time cheering on everyone else. Major props to Jacob for breaking 16 and Ross for the dub.
