Sleep: 9 hours. Ran a ton of Burns loops from Ferry then ran back. Monotonous but nice. Legs felt ok and I didn't run until like 730 so the heat wasn't as bad, still pretty warm and very humid tho. Nice way to avoid the welcome week crowds which I did not feel like running through.
