Easy run with da homies. Really horrible day. Cramped up in the first mile, then had some extreme pain right above the knee. Probably should have gone back, but I let my pride get the best off me. Kinda came out of nowhere. Pissed shit like this is happening so close to the end of the year. Iced, and rolled hardcore tonight. Might run tomorrow, might XT?
