Sleep: 9 hours. Easy Naper loop to kick off summer training. Felt better than last week, but not great. Really tight left lower shin and breathing was harder than it should have been. Also got hit hard by the humidity. I am not acclimated at all. That notwithstanding I'm excited to be back.
