Upbeat run. Goal was +90 of mile or ~6:30. Went to Whalon lake to do this because I though it would be decently clear, but it was actually fairly snow and the parts without snow were even worse because they were coated in black ice. Despite the non-ideal conditions I kept a decent pace and felt fairly good. Stomach was a little shaky due to eating like 1.5 hours before, but not too bad. Probably could have been around 6:20 with clear paths. Saw Bob as I finished the last few minutes in his neighborhood. Solid effort.
