25 easy, 25 at +90 was the goal. Started out fairly fast, but I was never able to cut down to +90. Got it to +2 minutes, but never more. Felt ok, but a little tired from reffing all day. Also ran in actual running shorts on a non race day for the first time, felt good af, This week was shitty, I'm excited for a fresh start for the outdoor season.
