Ladder workout consisting of 1200 @ 5k (4:07.5), 800 @ 3200 (2:37.5), 600 @ 1600 (1:51.5), 300 @ 800 (53.5), 400 @ 1600 (1:14), 200 @ 800 (35.5), 400 @ 1600 (1:14), 200 @ 800 (35.5). Rest was equal except 3 minutes after 600 and 300, we took too much rest after the first 200 as well. Split: 4:05.5, 2:39, 1:51.5, 50.5, 1:12.5, 33.5, 1:11.5, 33.5. Really solid workout, 1200 felt easy, 800 was slightly slow, but only because I was boxed in, 600 and 300 were good, but hard. 400 and 200 were hard, but it got really tough when we did the 200 followed by equal rest straight into another 400, despite that we were even faster than our goal pace. Very good work today #sub10bound.
